What's new
Four updates across bot detection, deepfake detection, fraud investigation, and authentication. Here's what shipped, and what each one does.

Detect AI callers with new Pindrop BotStopper™
BotStopper identifies AI voice agents and automated callers as they reach your contact center, and checks each one against more than 5,000 AI voices registered in the Pindrop® Intelligence Network.

Everything else in the Fall '26 release
Two new consortiums in the Pindrop® Intelligence Network
New risk signals help you tell customers, attackers, and AI agents apart. One consortium tracks known fraud voices, the other tracks AI voices. The AI Voice Consortium is live now with more than 5,000 voices registered.

Pulse for Meetings connects to hiring platforms
Pindrop Pulse for Meetings flags proxy candidates and identity swaps directly in your hiring platform. It now analyzes video continuously, including while a participant shares their screen.

Investigation Agent assembles evidence for fraud case analysts
The new Investigation Agent for Fraud Assist pulls call data, risk signals, and related activity into a single case file. Your analysts start by reviewing evidence instead of collecting it.

Pindrop® Passport catches risk during caller enrollment
Enrollment is where a fraudster can establish a trusted identity. Passport now evaluates risk on enrollment calls, so a suspicious caller is flagged before they become a known one with the new enrollment agent.
