Vice President of Customer Success
Sachin Soni is the Vice President of Customer Success at Pindrop and is responsible for solutions delivery, professional services and post deployment support. He has over 15 years of experience in providing solutions to clients for voice and telephony systems in hosted or on-premise setups. Prior to Pindrop, Sachin was a Director at Nuance Communications where he spent eight years in multiple technical and business roles, including solutions architecture, delivery and support, operations planning, and product strategy. He has also worked at BeVocal, Verizon, and TIAA-CREF leading solutions architecture for multiple systems. Sachin has a degree in Statistics from the University of Mumbai in India.
