From his early days at Bank of America to his role today at Pindrop, Scott has been passionate about the use of technology to transform the ways we live and work. Leveraging his years of contact center experience, Scott has worked around the globe, delivering speech analytics and robotic process automation projects designed to balance the desires of the customer with the needs of the business. Today, from the Appalachian mountains of western North Carolina, he manages Pindrop’s Global Sales Engineering team, tasked with educating and evangelizing our customers and prospects on the key concepts and technologies that enable Pindrop’s multifactored approach to fraud detection and authentication.
