Pindrop is receiving this award for its Fraud Detection System (FDS) that protects enterprise call centers from fraud. Now in use by the top financial services, retail and insurance companies in the U.S., Pindrop Security’s technology stood out to AURP for its ability to reduce call center operational cost by more than 50 percent.

The technology behind Pindrop Security was developed by Balasubramaniyan as part of his doctoral thesis while a student in the Georgia Tech Information Security Center.
