Pindrop Expands Management Team by Appointing Clarissa Cerda as General Counsel and Jacki Hertenstein as VP of People

Former Key Executives from LifeLock and VMware AirWatch Bring Leadership and Experience to Fuel Ongoing Corporate Expansion

Atlanta, GA – August 30, 2016 – Pindrop, the pioneer in voice-fraud prevention and authentication, announced today the appointments of Clarissa Cerda as General Counsel and Jacki Hertenstein as Vice President of People. Both executives bring significant leadership experience at high growth companies, including legal strategy and employee engagement, as well as navigating the regulatory and talent acquisition challenges associated with moving into new markets.

Most recently, Cerda was a named executive officer for LifeLock (NYSE: LOCK) where she served as its Chief Legal Strategist and EVP, Chief Legal Officer, focused on achieving the company’s strategic business objectives while managing its highest priority regulatory and litigation matters. She served as a critical team member in taking LifeLock public in 2012. Jacki Hertenstein

Hertenstein joins Pindrop as the VP of People, bringing with her a long tenure in human resources at various companies such as Kurt Salmon Associates, Manhattan Associates and most recently, Airwatch, acquired by VMware in 2014. At VMware Airwatch Hertenstein played an integral role in the growth of the company both domestically and globally, including the acquisition and integration with VMware. With offices in the US, UK, Singapore, Australia, Canada and India, the company grew from 200 employees when she started in 2011 to 2,300 today.
