Lloyds Banking Group is set to become the first financial institution in Europe to introduce new, state-of-the-art fraud prevention technology, helping protect its 30 million customers from telephone fraudsters. Customers will benefit from protection against the newest tactics fraudsters employ to disguise their calls and manipulate individuals. The Group will introduce the software across the Lloyds Bank, Halifax and Bank of Scotland brands early next year.
