Sachin Soni is the Vice President of Customer Success at Pindrop and is responsible globally for solutions delivery, professional services, fraud operations, customer management and technical support. He has over 17 years of experience in providing solutions to enterprise customers in the cloud or on-premise with a focus on call center and IVRs.
Prior to Pindrop, Sachin was a Director at Nuance Communications for the Nuance OnDemand (NOD) BU where he spent eight years in multiple management roles, including solutions architecture, delivery and support, operations planning, and product strategy. He has also held similar roles at Verizon, and TIAA-CREF. Sachin has a degree in Statistics from the University of Mumbai in India.
