Clarissa Cerda

Clarissa brings more than 20 years’ experience in highly regulated, fast-paced, technology companies, a leading law firm and the White House. She has been a key strategist for the development and implementation of multiple companies’ corporate governance, data privacy and security, IP protection, and regulatory compliance.

Clarissa is experienced in M&A, litigation, and taking companies public (most recently, LifeLock in 2012). She enjoys working with the complexity of data intensive portfolios and the practical demands of exponential growth. Clarissa earned an A.B. from Harvard University, an M.Phil. from The University of Western Australia, a J.D. from the University of Michigan, and did post-doctoral studies in European Community law at l’Université Libre de Bruxelles.
