The Job

Pindrop's new cloud-based Authentication product is dedicated to helping call centers establish security, identity, and trust on every voice interaction using machine learning and audio science.

As the Software Architect on the Authentication Application Services team, you will be the sole Architect for this new product as well as everything else that is going to cloud. You will guide architectural design, assist with development, and ensure products are integrated properly. You will be building out the rapid-scaling solutions, geographic distribution, and replication in order to build a fully scalable cloud-first solution.


  • Collaborate with Product and Research teams to define product features
  • Architect, design and deploy new product features on distributed systems
  • Deliver high performance code into production cloud applications
  • Mentor and assist Software Engineers with implementations
  • Meet with customers to understand technical constraints on possible new solutions

What Skills and Experience We're Looking For:

  • Experience architecting and deploying rapid-scaling applications
  • Deep knowledge of Python, Go, C++, and Linux
  • Experience as a technical lead and/or technical owner of a product
  • Experience with SaaS, PaaS, SOA, Distributed Systems, and Microservices
  • Understanding of PostgreSQL and relational databases
  • Experience with Amazon AWS, EC2, S3, and Cloud (building on cloud platforms other than AWS is also a plus)
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes preferred
