Using Call Audio to Authenticate Call Center Customers & Detect Fraud
Pindrop’s Fraud Detection System (FDS) is a tool that allows CSRs customize their level of authentication processes based on the risk level of each call. This demo will show how CSRs use FDS for real-time authentication and detection of fraud. We will show a legitimate call as well as a fraud call and demonstrate how the calls appear to the call center representative.
