This week, Pindrop’s Director of Research sat down with On the Wire to discuss the data in Pindrop’s 2016 Call Center Fraud Report. The report shows a 45 percent increase in call center fraud since 2013.

Man accused of placing 1.6M illegal robocalls – Kevin J. Calvin, of Made in America Cleaning and Restoration, is accused of placing more than a million robocalls over five months in violation of state and federal telemarketing laws. He made the robocalls to advertise his cleaning services.
