What you’ll do
You will lead the development and execution of the marketing strategies that drive growth, increase brand recognition, and generate leads to support our sales organization. You will be responsible for building and leading a talented marketing team and will collaborate with other departments to develop and implement integrated marketing campaign.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that supports the company’s growth goals and objective
- Collaborate with the product development and sales teams to create product positioning and GTM strategies.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget and track performance against key metrics.
- Oversee all marketing activities, including content creation, demand generation, lead nurturing and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and other key stakeholders such as PR.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives and increase the visibility of Pindrop in the marketplace.
- Recruit, develop and manage a high performing marketing team

- 3+ years proven experience in a CMO role at an Enterprise SaaS company
- 15+ years of experience in Marketing and leadership, ideally with experience in a cyber security or CCaaS environment
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all aspects of Marketing
- Track record of high degree of passion and energy while maintain a positive outlook
- Ability to facilitate discussions, resolving conflicts, establish processes
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Well versed in Salesforce, Slack, Pardot, DemandBase, and Google Analytics.
- Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working
- Strong communication skills including public speaking, presentations, written communications, comfortable in front of large groups and executives
